I hope you loved my new Patriotic Popsicles Printable from the previous post. And so because I love Independence Day and America so much I just couldn’t stop myself from making a few more patriotic printables. This time I made 4th of July Printable Activity Sheets that are just what your kids need while they wait for the evening fireworks. It’s also a great tool for school or road trips. One of the hardest holidays for me as a young mom was the 4th of July. My kids were so excited to do something, but we often had to wait until the evening for the family BBQ or the fireworks show. Living in Arkansas meant the summers were extremely hot and humid and especially on the 4th of July! Outdoor activities had to be mixed in with cooler inside activities and that is why I created these patriotic game printables. Sometimes your kids just need a little something to do while they wait for the fun to happen. They also are great for Memorial Day, Veterans Day, or any school unit on America. They are perfect for roadtrips or restaurants. I know you have devices to give the kids when they are bored, but it’s okay to break it up with a little fun and learning disguised as an activity! These would go great with these free patriotic coloring pages.

Some ideas for using patriotic activity sheets and games:
1. Print, laminate and use over and over again with dry erase markers.
2. Print and put in a binder with sheet protectors and use dry erase markers. Take the binder on road trips or airplane rides.
3. Pass these out at your 4th of July BBQ for all the kids while they wait for the picnic to start
4. Use as part of your school unit on America
5. Enjoy just for fun to ease the summer boredom!
