(I’ve been learning, slowly but surely, how to make recipe videos–so bear with me as I figure it out!)

Now that you’ve watched my video, you are totally pumped to make this delicious, bright snack!  So let’s get making those Lemon Pudding Sunshine Cups.  You’re only a few minutes away from snack bliss . . .

Lemon Pudding Sunshine Cups

What you will need:

3.5 oz. package of lemon pudding (Will usually make about 4 1/2 cup servings.)
2 cups milk (use as directed on the pudding box.)
Lemon Oreos (about 2 cookies per dessert cup)
Whipped Cream
Sprinkles

1. Make the lemon pudding as directed on the box, mixing in the milk and blending. Let pudding set in the refrigerator.

2. Put  your Lemon Oreos in a zip top baggie and crush up your Oreos into chunks using a rolling pin.  I used about 2 Oreos per dessert cup.

3. Add 2-3 scoops of pudding into a cup or small jar (about 1/2 cup) and then add a scoop of crushed Oreos on top.

4. Top with whipped cream and sprinkles.

The more whipped cream the better, I say!

And dig in folks!  It’s a very delicious combination of lemony cream and crunch.
