The BEST Swaddle To Help Babies Sleep

Nested Bean: Which Swaddle Product is Best for My Baby?

If you’re a parent and you haven’t heard of Nested Bean, you and your baby are in for a treat!

Founded by a mom who was in desperate need of sleep herself, Nested Bean was developed after a simple act of putting her hand on her baby’s chest with a stuffed animal and it resulting in her baby sleeping under the gentle pressure. This, in turn, got the mom thinking, and after tons of research and consulting with doctors and pediatric pulmonologists, the world’s first gently weighted swaddle and Nested Bean were born.

 HOW TO SWADDLE

As of today, Nested Bean’s reach has grown and so have their array of products, but the core remains the same – sleepwear that soothes like your touch. Now, whether you were just informed of this amazing company or have been trying to decide whether to try them or not, many have the same question – Which product is right for my baby?

Every child is different and their needs grow as they do, so this is an absolutely valid question and concern. The good news is that Nested Bean has a variety of options for you to choose from.

Zen Swaddle® – Best for newborns who like to be wrapped snugly to prevent startle reflex, and have not yet started rolling over.

*Size: Small (0-6 months).

Zen One™ – Best for all babies 0-6 months, because it is the only swaddle that adapts to every sleep style over time. A secure band keeps baby’s arms down to prevent startle reflex or wraps around the belly for arms-free sleeping. Mesh sleeves allow for finger-sucking and can easily be unzipped and removed for more range of movement.

*Sizes: Newborn (0-3 months), Small (3-6 months).

Zen Sack™ – Best for babies who have started rolling over, or don’t like being swaddled. The Zen Sack™ is also a perfect transition from the swaddle, and great for tummy sleepers who can roll independently since the sack can be worn backwards!

*Sizes: Small (0-6 months), Medium (6-15 months), or Large (15-24 months).

Zen PJs™ – Best for active sleepers who find a swaddle or a sack restricting their leg movement. With two options available, Zen Bodysuit or Zen Footie™, these products are perfect for on-the-go occasions.

*Sizes: Small (0-6 months), Medium (6-12 months).

It’s really all about what’s best for your baby and determining what stage they fit into. So, learn more about their sleepwear today for a more restful night.

FUN DATE NIGHT IDEA! @warehouse22utah Cinebites br FUN DATE NIGHT IDEA! @warehouse22utah Cinebites brings you dinner and a movie at the same time!

Enjoy a themed dinner while you watch a fun movie. The menu goes a long with the movie and is served to you while you are watching the scene it relates to. We saw Holes (which we love!) but there are many others to choose from. Our menu had a fun drinks, appetizers, main course, sides, and dessert. I left satisfied and had a fun time with my hubby and our friends.

Purchase tickets online. Seating is first come, first served so arrive early if you want a certain seat (though there isn’t a bad seat at all). Let me know if you try this!

Date night with my hubby @amctheatres to see @thes Date night with my hubby @amctheatres to see @thesheepdetectives … Fun, quirky movie, (kinda like Babe but really like no other movie I’ve seen before). Definitely full of kid vibes but adults will like it too. A who-dun-it mystery. We laughed out loud a lot more than we expected!

Are you wondering if the Thanksgiving Point Festiv Are you wondering if the Thanksgiving Point Festival is worth visiting this year? Here’s a look at what we saw today.

We’ve had a lot of up and down weather so I wasn’t surprised to find a lot of the tulips already finishing up their season on April 23. BUT we still found quite a few areas with some big, beautiful blooms and it was a peaceful walk with less crowds. There were signs reminding us that more tulips were going to be blooming soon, so maybe wait a week or so if you want to see those new tulips.

Thank you @utahstulipfestival for a fun visit! @thankspoint @theashtongardens #tulipfestival #utahtulipfestival #tulipseason #springinutah #traveltips

Valentine’s Day with my man at the NEW Miller Fami Valentine’s Day with my man at the NEW Miller Family Beehive Stage @halecentretheatre . It’s was the perfect day to see a rom com and my hubby was a good sport to see a play called “Hallmarked” (NOT his favorite play so far). The play definitely lives up to its name—lots of predictable moments, plot holes, and cheesy lines. 🫤 But when it makes fun of itself, you will laugh and leave feeling lighthearted.
Leave your questions in the comments section if you want to more of my thoughts about this new play. #halecentertheater #thingstodoinutah #emptynesterlife #valentinesdaydate #familytravelideas
