Are you ready to make some super easy French Toast?! I mean, this is so easy that my kids (including my youngest) can totally make their own French toast without my help. It’s basically the easiest french toast EVER. I discovered this crazy breakfast hack oddly enough when I was making dinner–not breakfast. One night a week we have a breakfast night for dinner and my kidlets love it. The problem is I usually choose to do breakfast night on our busiest night of the week. So it still gets a little crazy and sometimes breakfast night turns into Cheerios and milk night. However, this one night, I was determined to make a nice meal of homemade French toast and all the works, but I got way behind during the day and found only a few minutes left for dinner prep. So that’s when I figured out to make french toast with our panini maker. You guys this french toast panini hack is easy and quick! I was totally amazed. It totally changes the game for busy mornings, kids who need to make their own meal, or just a busy night. Read on to see why this is so awesome . . .

I kinda love a good breakfast hack, don’t you? Nothing makes life easier than a quick breakfast idea.
Get out your panini press or sandwich maker. Start it up so it can get warm. Mix up the eggs the way you usually do, then add cinnamon, and some sugar if you want. Dip your bread into the egg mixture.
If you do not have a Panini Maker, here are some ideas. I don’t have anything special, just a basic one from Hamilton Beach, like the one pictured below and it works great.

This is so easy that sometimes when we are all running places on busy nights, I’ll do a DIY French Toast night for the kids. I make up the egg mixture and keep it in the fridge. The kids can come and eat dinner and make their own as needed.
