As you may have noticed, I’ve been silent on this blog for a few weeks. Sometimes you just need a break from the day to day. Sometimes you just need a little family time. I decided to take Christmas off, even though I had some super duper recipes and thoughts to share with you. But my family needed me. Baby Girl has been sick a lot lately. I have been focusing on slowing down and helping her stay well. We are still trying to figure everything out, but the one thing I know is that I need to be a mama more than I am a blogger.
Hey, but don’t worry, my blog is still gonna be sticking around. There will still be fun ideas, recipes, parenting stuff, and giveaways. I’m just going slow it down a bit and really focusing on great content. I’ll still be blogging about 2-3 times a week, but I will no longer be holding the weekly Saturday Dishes link party here (sniff, sniff). BUT don’t fret my friends because my friend Marissa at Life is Fantasmic will still be holding Saturday Dishes link party every weekend! So be sure to stop by and share your recipes every Saturday with her.
I do have some fun ideas planned. Very soon I’ll be sharing my sister Amy’s English Toffee recipe. It’s gonna be amazing like always.
Meanwhile, I hope you are taking some family time too. It’s doesn’t have to be long or elaborate, or even planned. It just needs to be meaningful.
