So crazy moving mama came out today. We got everything out of our old house and moved to our new one yesterday. (Which by the way, we love our new little abode. It’s darling!) We worked from sun up to sun down, and then some more. We cleaned and packed and loaded. All during this major moving day, Baby Girl was so so sick with a high fever and vomit. She was sick for 3 days and finally started to perk up yesterday as we made the big move. Somehow we were able to get our beds up to sleep in the first night and crawled into bed by midnight.
Needless to say, I was a completely exhausted and a little crazy when I woke up at 7 am on our first morning in the new house. My eyes were so blurry from sleep (or maybe from 3 days of smeared mascara) as I scanned the rows of boxes for some soap to wash my face and hands. With my hair sticking straight up I went out of my room to see how my kidlets slept only to find that one of my kidlets had wet the bed. Big time wet the bed. So now to add to stacks of boxes, I now have a pile of wet bedding. The washer and dryer are not hooked up yet. Looks like we’ll be doing that before breakfast . . . it’s gonna be another long day. It already feels like home (haha).
