I’ve mentioned before how I have a thing about scrapbook paper. I. LOVE. IT. I don’t even scrapbook anymore, but I still find myself looking at it in the craft stores, and yes, even buying it. Sooooo, naturally I gotta get crafty and come up with ways to use my pretty paper. Here’s some easy Christmas decor ideas I did using scrapbook paper. And the best part is for most of these you can use those annoying–but still precious–scraps of leftover paper!
5 EASY Decor Ideas Using Scrapbook Paper
#1 Simple Christmas Centerpiece:
I filled a clear dish I already had with little gifts. They are just boxes wrapped in scrapbook paper and tied with ribbon. Easy. Peasy.
#2 Magnetic Advent Calendar
I made this last year and we love it. Click {HERE} for the picture tutorial.
# 3 Gift Box Wreath
This is very simple. Click {HERE} for the picture tutorial.
#4 Scrapbook Paper Ornaments
These were fairly cheap too. Uses Mod Podge. Click {HERE} for the tutorial.
#5 Custom Wooden Letters
These are all over the place and I love making them. I just get cute unfinished Wooden Letters from your favorite store. Then you trace the letter’s shape on the back of your scrapbook paper. Cut it out (slightly on the inside of the line), then using Mod Podge you glue it on the front of the letter.
P.S. I found a super cute pack of Christmas Scrapbook paper. If you are curious about what kind of scrapbook paper I used for most of these craft projects, here it is:
Anyway, I hope this gives you some ideas of how to use your leftover scrapbook paper!
Merry Christmas!!!
